Job Description

Our client, a leading mental health facility, is looking for a professional and dependable (temp-to-hire) Admissions Coordinator to support their Nashville, TN team through the weekends (Fri-Mon)!

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately translate throughout the admissions process for clients, visitors, and their families.
  • Answer phone inquiries in a professional manner; speak clearly and accurately about our services offered.
  • Facilitate comforting and supportive processing throughout admissions process.
  • Act as a liaison and resource throughout the admissions process for clients and their families (coordinating internal admissions communications included).
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner, keeping electronic records up to date. Including data entry requirements regarding conversations/interactions with families and providers.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, adapting to changing priorities, always providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for life-cycle Admissions process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two (2) years of applicable experience in behavioral health field.
  • Must be okay with a Friday - Monday work schedule.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health and insurance verification process preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
