Position: Concrete Estimator

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 + Full Benefits (Based on Experience)

A well-established commercial construction firm in Dallas is actively seeking a skilled Concrete Estimator to join their growing team. This position offers the chance to work on large-scale commercial, civil, and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for concrete work, including foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, and structural concrete
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and review of project documents and drawings
• Solicit and analyze quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support preconstruction and project execution
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and methods to ensure competitive and accurate estimates
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of concrete estimating experience (commercial, civil, or industrial focus preferred)
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, construction techniques, and job sequencing
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
