Full-time regular employment with a 90-day probationary period, on-site 4 days NYC.

Job Description

  • Level All is looking for an Analyst , Content . Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives.
  • As a writer in our Content Department, you will work with our team crafting research articles, educational tutorials, explainer videos, social media content and podcasts with topics ranging from college planning to financial skills and more. Your task is to take complex material and make it simple, intuitive and engaging.
  • Our audience are high school and college aged students and their families. Our collective voice is smart, direct and warm…with room for humor. Writers on our team need to be adaptable to this collective voice, while adding their own creative talents. The key to making complex material engaging is coming up with new and interesting structures and formats that align with our brand. As a team member you will be part of this creative collaboration.
  • We produce a high volume of diverse content. Writing team members need to be well organized, intellectually curious, and motivated to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • A willingness and/or desire to be on camera is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from a highly selective US college or university—candidates with subject matter expertise regarding the admissions process at highly selective colleges and universities are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to research complicated topics and break them into snackable, easily understood text.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills—especially the ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward, engaging way.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with writers and the production team to ensure clarity, tone, and pacing align with brand and audience goals.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Additional information

  • Onsite 4 days a week (Midtown NYC).
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (less lunch).

Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.

  • The annual total compensation for this position is expected to be between $65,000 - $70,000. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the indicated range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Level All are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for stock-based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
