Corporate Legal Administrator

Our privately held Philadelphia client has an immediate job opportunity for a Corporate Legal Administrator who is a self-starter that takes ownership of work. In this position, you would have at least 5+ years prior experience in a significant role supporting the Legal Team. Their platform includes a diverse portfolio of global companies across industries. Each attorney on the team provides General Counsel business and legal expertise for portfolio companies.

This is an exceptional legal support role, so you must be exceptional. You'll be confident working with upper management, self- directed, someone who anticipates issues and who has an ability to create and manage word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations. Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the legal team. Answers, screens and directs calls when necessary and responds as directed to minimize interruptions. Monitor and manage lawyers calendar, schedule domestic and foreign travel, oversee and process legal bills (Simple Legal e-billing track outside counsel engagement letters, maintain corporate records. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a document management system and technology savvy.
