Content Creation & Management:

  • Oversee the production and management of a wide range of content formats including video, photography, social media, website copy, educational assets, sales collateral, and influencer-generated content.
  • Ensure content is tailored for various U.S. consumer and professional touchpoints.

  • Partner with U.S.-based senior leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align content strategy with broader business plans.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure integrated, strategic execution across functions.

Go-to-Market Content Activation:

  • Lead content initiatives for product launches and major marketing campaigns in the U.S.
  • Collaborate with departments such as influencer marketing, e-commerce, and global counterparts to optimize content activation and performance.

Global Collaboration:

  • Coordinate closely with global marketing to ensure strategic alignment and efficient adaptation of global content.
  • Share best practices and leverage global resources while customizing them for the U.S. market.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the U.S. content team to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities.

Qualifications:
