Job Description

Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in Mountain View, CA! This will be a hybrid role and require 3x a week onsite.

**This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting 2 Directors & 1 Vice President in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage large and complex calendars to support teams and Executives by understanding their key priorities
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule is followed, as well as handle travel coordination and arrangements
  • Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, representation, and data analysis
  • Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA supporting multiple Executives
  • Advanced Outlook Calendar Management
  • Concur a plus
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
