We believe in the power of design to create inviting, elegant environments that help our clients sell their homes quickly and at top value.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented home stylist to join our growing team. As a home stylist, you will work closely with senior stylists to create visually appealing, well-designed spaces for real estate listings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in interior design and home staging, who is eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staging homes by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to highlight a property’s best features.
  • Help with inventory management and ensure all staging materials are organized and well-maintained.
  • Participate in site visits, preparing the property for staging, and collaborating with the team to execute the staging vision.
  • Handle the set-up and breakdown of staging materials for each property.
  • Take direction from senior stagers and contribute ideas to enhance the visual appeal of each project.
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment during all staging processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely completion of staging projects.
  • Assist in the delivery and placement of furniture and accessories as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in home staging, interior design, or a related field.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior stagers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Physical ability to lift and move furniture and decor as needed.
  • Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
