Job Description

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and help drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding leadership on sensitive employee matters, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving continuous improvement through HR data and analytics.

What You’ll Do in the HR Manager role:

  • Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, investigations, and workplace concerns.
  • Lead HR compliance efforts including audits, policy updates, and legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, coaching leadership through transitions.
  • Partner on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Oversee and mentor the HR Generalist to ensure consistent HR practices.
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, investigations, and audits.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar) and MS Office Suite.
