What You’ll Do:

As the Managing Principal Broker , you'll be the cornerstone of our operations. You’ll provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, support agent development, and uphold the highest ethical standards. This is a pivotal role with real influence—perfect for someone who wants to make an impact and elevate a brokerage to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support licensed real estate agents across all transactions
• Ensure full compliance with Oregon real estate laws, contracts, and ethical standards
• Review and approve listing and purchase agreements
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship to help agents grow and succeed
• Manage risk, resolve client or agent concerns, and maintain a strong legal and operational framework
• Collaborate with ownership to develop growth strategies and company culture
• Represent Canal Realty with professionalism and passion in the real estate community

What You Bring:

• Active Oregon Principal Broker license (required)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a real estate brokerage
• Exceptional knowledge of Oregon real estate law and transaction procedures
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
• A solutions-oriented mindset and a great sense of humor (we like to have fun too!)
