Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Director L&D! Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Senior Director, Vice President and/or the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Oversee a team of 143 FTE's with 40-50 beds, and management of patient care in each units.
• Liaison between physicians and the patient care team and works cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and all customers. to provide services, which consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.
• Assess and prioritize opportunities to improve, plan and implement effective changes and evaluate outcomes of process improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years recent RN acute care experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 5+ years of L&D experience in an acute care setting
• 2+ years of management in L&D in an acute care setting

• Must be able to connect with the team and build relationships while still holding staff accountable
