Job Description

Need to be onsite 3 days a week. Hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GTM (Go-to-Market) Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing go-to-market processes, and ensuring operational excellence across product launches and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making and process improvement who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive impact at scale. This role requires close collaboration with product, marketing, sales, user experience, and analytics teams to deliver seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review end-to-end GTM processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies with the goal of optimizing the GTM Operations team's effectiveness and impact
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and initiatives
  • Drive project management for GTM initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment are met
  • Facilitate regular communication between business units to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with GTM strategy and broader business goals
  • Provide expert consultation during development of business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Facilitate reviews of tools and experiences to ensure they meet the needs of the frontline and customers
  • Facilitate the design and review of reporting frameworks to track and measure GTM performance and effectiveness of GTM strategies and sales performance
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline GTM operations
  • Support change management for internal teams on GTM processes and tools

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in GTM operations, business operations, or program / project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional project management abilities and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating change and proactively identifying solutions to complex challenges
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
