Part- Time Administrative Assistant – Events and Retail Marketing Department

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective: creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Due to growth, our team of difference makers at Renewal by Andersen are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our successful Events and Retail Marketing department!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running reports, managing spreadsheets, and working with various software systems. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Event Coordination and Communication Support:
- Attention to details and prioritizing accuracy is essential
- Assist in the gathering of information and organization, keeping track of current vendor events that are scheduled for the brand ambassadors working them each week.
- Confirm event details, checklists, and budgets, ensuring information is accurate.
- Cross check details received with the current platforms we utilize to send information.
- Manage the information received by event promoters on spreadsheets, scanned files, and the scheduling site.
- Ability to adjust and pivot when details are changed at the last minute, events get rained out, and/or rescheduled.
Data and Reporting:
- Track event costs and ensuring expenses are allocated for.
- Updating and managing information received with the current platforms we utilize
- Utilizing websites, email and making calls for confirmations
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Events Team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and event documentation for easy retrieval and review.
Requirements:
· 5-10 years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or accounting role
· Understanding and Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to adapt to new software systems and technology quickly
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation and Benefits:
· $25/hourly

Work Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 3 days a week(Saturday would be required), 8am to 4pm
The ideal candidate will be expected to work 20-29 hours per week starting out and potentially advance to full-time. This might include the possibility of working unconventional hours that may include evenings or weekends.
