Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a fabrication or sub-assembly production area, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives. This role involves supervising and supporting production teams, implementing standard manufacturing practices, and driving continuous improvement through effective problem-solving and collaboration.

Essential Duties:

1. Supervise, coach, and support hourly production employees to ensure daily targets are met.
2. Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective countermeasures.
3. Monitor daily workflow and productivity using visual management tools to prevent disruptions.
4. Define and implement short- and long-term production objectives aligned with company goals.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products to customers.
6. Oversee the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
