🔹 Job Title : LEAD PEGA DEVELOPER WITH STRONG JAVA EXPERIENCE

Senior Application Development Consultant / 🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Act as principal designer for major complex systems and subsystems.
Provide strategic counsel to top management on critical application development matters.
Lead cross-functional coordination for enterprise-wide solutions.
Deliver technical consultation at the highest level across various development platforms (host-based, distributed systems, client-server).
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to deliver innovative application development solutions (custom build, code reuse, or third-party integrations).
Conduct solution evaluations to determine the most efficient and cost-effective programming approach.
Drive end-to-end development : coding, integration, documentation, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
Serve as a thought leader and technical authority across multiple disciplines.
