Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract Type: 6-Month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $75–$81/hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Are you ready to lead impactful initiatives at one of the world’s most customer-obsessed tech companies? Our client—a global leader in e-commerce and logistics—is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support a fast-growing supply chain program focused on innovation, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll join a high-visibility team that operates like a startup within a larger organization. If you’re passionate about driving process efficiency, building scalable solutions, and delivering measurable results, this is your opportunity to influence the future of global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage large-scale, complex initiatives from concept to delivery across multiple teams and functions
  • Drive critical process improvements by identifying operational gaps and building scalable, repeatable solutions
  • Lead documentation initiatives—refining content, measuring usage, and ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in tech and non-tech teams to align workflows and priorities
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and effective storytelling
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership (including Directors and VPs)
  • Champion best practices in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Confluence to streamline program tracking

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience
  • 3+ years leading process improvement efforts using metrics and data
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and working knowledge of SQL
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery and reporting to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Experience in startup environments or building from the ground up
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, or similar tools
  • MBA or Master’s in Business, Operations, or related field

Why Apply?

  • Work within a high-impact team inside one of the most innovative companies in the world
  • Help shape the future of supply chain operations and customer experience
  • High potential for contract extension or conversion
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with top-tier talent

Apply today to be considered for this impactful and fast-paced opportunity!
